Description of Induction Heating Embossing Roller:
During the production of packing material for various top-grade cigarettes, liquor and cosmetics, the technology of anti-fake printing is usually adopted. Embossing roller is the core component of anti-fake printing machine. There are series products of induction heating embossing roller: including single pattern roller, which can supply uniform temperature; double rollers with seamless pattern,which is partly cooled on roller surface; and high pressure pattern roller. Compared with traditional thermal oil heating roller, induction heating embossing roller has more uniform temperature, with energy consumption reduced for about 50~ 70%.
