Anilox roll is widely used in the paper box water-based printing machine, various flexographic printing machines in the packaging and printing industry, as well as precision coating machines in the aluminum foil, gold and silver card, various composite films, lithium battery and carbon ribbon industries, etc

Our anilox roll are entirely composed of imported chromium oxide powder to form a ceramic structure layer, thereby obtaining a wear-resistant coating that is stronger, denser and harder. With German fiber laser engraving equipment and technology, we can engrave ceramic anilox rollers of various mesh shapes and any number of lines and arrangement angles with higher precision.

(2). Effective engraving length on the anilox roll surface: 1100-4000mm
(3). Engraving line count: 110-2000 L/in (4-800 L/cm)
(4). Mesh shape: 1. Hexagonal, square concave and convex points, twill and other specific design mesh shapes
(5). Mesh arrangement angles: 160°, 45°, 30° and other specific requirements, twill 1 ~ 89°
